The Scientific- methodological Board\u2019s session has been held at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). The session was dedicated to the \u201cRegulatory affairs on granting the right to publish training resources (gryphon)\u201d and detailed explanation of Rector\u2019s decree 10\/1\/2016 signed on January 28 2016.<\/p>\n
Guided by UNEC rector\u2019s decree on the \u201cRegulatory affairs on granting the right to publish training resources\u201d, the publication standards, form of review recommended for manuscripts of the facility and an example of letter submitted for gryphon have been discussed by the Department of Science<\/a><\/span>. The Director of the Department of Science Professor Zahid Mammadov<\/a><\/span>\u00a0made a report during the session attended by the Heads of Chairs and Deans. He said to promote the authors (group of authors) with the right to publish (gryphon) programs and textbooks on the disciplines indicated in curricula the manuscripts with the application are to be submitted to the Department of Science. After reviewing the documents in the department they are sent to relevant commissions created in the content of the Training- methodological Board by the Chairman\u2019s instruction. In case of the positive opinion by the Commission the manuscripts of the teaching facility will be sent to the secretariat of the council together with accompanying documents. After a decision on the publication of the training aids will be made their manuscripts will be submitted to the Ministry of Education together with the accompanying documents. When the manuscripts of the facilities are submitted to the Ministry of Education individually, the appropriate documents will not be required by the Training- methodological Board.<\/p>\n Mammadov said that the analysis of the references given for manuscripts show that there is lack of a single record in this area. \u201cThe Review Form provided for the manuscripts of teaching facilities\u201d is developed by the Department of Science under the Rector\u2019s instruction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Scientific- methodological Board\u2019s session has been held at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
