Both events were organized by Moscow State University named after M.V.Lomonosov, International Association of Political Economy, Institute of New Industrial Development and Southern Federal University.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One of the moderators of I section on \u201cPolitical Economy: history, theory, methodology; Political Economy and Economics\u201d of the \u201cInternational Congress of Political Economy\u201d UNEC Professor Alijan Babayev made a speech on \u201cModern Economic Theory and its structural parts\u201d.
