Semra will become familiar with scientific research methods closely within the period and will master valuable scientific experience together with the academic and scientific staffs of the House of Representatives and Free University of Berlin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Only 15 participants appliying from the US, Great Britain, France and post- Soviet countries became the winners of the Scholarship Program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Note: Education Foundation financed by the Berlin House of Representatives of the Federative Republic og Germany was established in 1994. The Foundation was set up and develop friendship with France, England, the US, Russia and other countries of the Soviet Union after the World War II. \u201cDie Studienstiftung des Abgeordnetenhauses von Berlin\u201d provides finance for the Scholarship Program of research fellows and students. Grants are provided on the criteria such as academic achievements, active public activities in different majors.
