A meeting with the alumni of the exchange programs financed by the US State Department was held in the residence of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the US to Azerbaijan Robert Secuta.<\/p>\n
An Associated Professor of the Department of International Economics<\/a><\/span>, Dr of Economy Muslim Ibrahimov<\/a><\/span>\u00a0was awarded a Certificate for successful completion of the Scholarship Program \u2018\u201dFulbright Visiting Scholar\u201d by the Ambassador R.Secuta within the event. R.Secuta said that M.Ibrahimov\u2019s performance within the program was highly appreciated by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State.<\/p>\n Note that, Muslim Ibrahimov conducted classes on \u201cAgrarian Economy\u201d, \u201cInternational Trade\u201d and \u201cManagement of Agro business Companies\u201d for undergraduate and graduate students of West Texas A&M University of the US within a term as a Visiting Professor. In addition, he participated in joint scientific researches with his American colleagues. M.Ibrahimov\u2019s joint article on \u201cAgriculture and the State of Food Insecurity of Western Africa\u201d was published on the Journal of Agricultural and Applied Economics\u201d.<\/p>\n Within the Program M.Ibrahimov attended the Forum \u201cTrans-Caspian East-West Trade & Transit Corridor\u201d organized by the Embassy of Azerbaijan to the US held in Washington.
