President of the Republic of Turkey Rajab Tayyib Ardoghan made an opening speech in the conference held in Istanbul, Turkey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UNEC teacher Neriman Khanahmadov made a report on \u201cResolution of Daghlig Garabagh conflict in accordance with the norms of International Law\u201d within the conference.\u00a0 N.Khanahmadov spoke about the history of Daghlig Garabagh conflict, the progress of the negotiations process on the settlement of the conflict, the international community\u2019s position on this issue and the controversial and complex nature of its resolution.
