UNEC Vice-rector, Assistant Professor Shaig Asgerov\u2019s<\/a><\/span>\u00a0report within the two-day conference was on \u201cProvision of Highly Skilled Personnel in the Labor Market\u201d. Director of UNEC Department of Science<\/a><\/span>, Dr. of Economic Sciences, Professor Zahid Mammadov<\/a><\/span>\u00a0made a speech on \u201cGoals of Modern Higher Education Institutions: Global Challenges and Real Opportunities\u201d.
