He said the developed countries like the US, Japan and Southern Korea gained huge profits from the human capital prepared by the education system. The human capital plays a major role in increasing labor productivity in the business structures, sustainable economic growth and in upgrading competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Head of the Department of \u201c<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/research\/chairs\/marketing\/\">Marketing<\/a><\/span>\u201d, Professor <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/assistant-professor-imanov-telman-iman\/\">Telman Imanov<\/a><\/span>\u00a0delivered a speech on the target indicators, strategic objectives and priorities of the \u201cStrategic Roadmap for the Development of Logistics and Trade in the Republic of Azerbaijan\u201d which plays significant role in ensuring competitiveness, inclusiveness and a balance between the real and financial sectors as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pointing the logistics and trade as an important driving force of economic growth in a rapidly globalizing world, teaching staff of the Department of \u201cMarketing\u201d, Assistant Professor <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/i-e-n-dos-quliyev-eldar-nadir\/\">Eldar Guliyev<\/a><\/span>\u00a0stressed it to increase the amount of foreign direct investment in key sectors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop went on with the debates of the Head of the Department of \u201c<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/research\/chairs\/trade-and-customs-organization\/\">Trade and Organization of Customs Affairs<\/a><\/span>\u201d, Prof. <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/prof-arif-shakarali-shakaraliyev\/\">Arif Shakaraliyev<\/a><\/span>, Head of the Department of \u201c<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/research\/chairs\/business-administration\/\">Business Administration<\/a><\/span>\u201d, Assist.
