UNEC\u2019s Vice-rector for Students Affairs, Associate Professor Saadat Gandilova<\/a><\/span>\u00a0was awarded a title of \u201cHonored Teacher\u201d for her effective performance in the field of education by the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed on March 3 2017.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Gandilova completed the secondary school 190 of Baku. In 1967-1971 years, she studied in the Faculty of \u201cNational economy and planning\u201d of the Azerbaijani Institute of National Economics named after D.Bunyadzadeh (current UNEC).After graduating institute in 1971, she entered to the full-time department of post-graduate degree (separate from production).<\/p>\n

She began to labor activity in 1975 and until 1988 she had been working as senior research assistant, graduate assistant, staff lector and lector at the chair of \u201cEconomy and organization of labor\u201d. Mrs. Gandilova had been working as lector since the establishment of \u201cThe management of economy\u201d chair since 1988, and after the changing the name of the chair \u201cManagement and entrepreneurial activity\u201d since 1991, served as a senior lector of the chair. From 1995 till nowadays she has been the associate professor of \u201cManagement\u201d chair. She has been the member of New Azerbaijan Party since 2002.<\/p>\n

In 1985, defending her dissertation she get the title of candidate on economic sciences. She is the author of more than 50 scientific article dedicated to the modern problems of the economy (including articles published abroad), one monograph, one textbook, six course programs and co-author of 2 books.<\/p>\n

She completed the qualification course organized at the Azerbaijan Institute of Management of National Economy under the Azerbaijan SSR Council in 1990, and get the course of re-training on increasing qualification of Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute in 1999.<\/p>\n

She had been working as the scientific secretary of Institute for Scientific Economic Society,\u00a0 the executive secretary of Expert Commission of \u201cPlan-economy\u201d department, scientific secretary of Scientific Council of \u201cInformation and management\u201d department and then in the position of deputy dean in charge of educational affairs of the same department. From 2005 until 2014 she had been the dean of the \u201cTraining\u201d department of Azerbaijan State Economics University. Mrs. Gandilova is the secretary of competition committee established for Head of the chair and dean positions of the University.\u00a0 At the same time, she is the deputy chairperson of the Trade Union Committee of the University. She is the member of \u201cManagement\u201d sector of the Scientific-Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well of the Council of Elders of \u201cIcherisheher\u201d State Historical-Architectural Reserve Office and International Women\u2019s Club. Mrs. Gandilova was awarded with the commemorative medal of \u201cAzerbaijani women\u201d of the XX century, medal of \u201cAdvanced education employee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the \u201cTaraggi\u201d reward,by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

At the same time, she was the mandatory representative of XII Congress of Azerbaijani teachers and II Congress of Azerbaijani Women.<\/p>\n

Since April 2014, she has been appointed to the position of vice-rector in charge of Student affairs of the ASEU.<\/p>\n
