He said the administrational governance would be separated from the academic one, in accordance with the new system. A large part of the deans\u2019 authorities on current and administrative affairs would be implemented by the secretariat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';\">Head of Departments spoke to experts about the new education standards, teaching methods and scientific- research works. Getting acquainted with the faculty&#8217;s material and technical and scientific basis of the school, experts observed the exam process of the iv year students.
