Sevda Shahsuvar gizi Zeynalova
Completed her Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic Relations at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) with a GPA of 3.03. In 2018, she earned her first Master’s Degree in Finance from Hacettepe University with a GPA of 3.56. In 2019, she pursued studies in Project Management at TOBB University. Her second Master’s Degree in 2020 was in Human Resource Management with a GPA of 3.08, during which she conducted research for her thesis on “Human Resource Practices and the Value Given to Employees in Azerbaijan.”
Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Philosophy at Istanbul University, specializing in Labour Economics (Industrial Relations and Human Resources). Her doctoral studies focus on the operation and historical development of trade unions, as well as their role in the relationship between employees and employers.
Professional Experience:
- 2012–2017: Specialist in the Credit Registration Department at EmrahBank.
- 2018–2021: International Consultant for the Akkord Group of Companies in Turkey.
- 2019–present: Co-founder of ShahSev Consulting, located in Ankara.
- February 2021–present: Lecturer at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), Department of Career Planning and Development, teaching courses in Career Planning, Soft Skills, and Hard Skills.
Certifications and Training:
- 2021: Participated in certification programs at BilgiNet Academy, including Life Coaching, Student Coaching, Stress Management, and Breathing Coaching.
- 2022: Completed a Soft Skills training program at Sapphire College in Israel.
- UNEC LifeLong Learning Center: Serves as a Soft Skills Trainer, conducting training for over 500 academic staff and administrative personnel.
- Completed McKinsey & Company’s Take a Step. Forward Learning program and received certification.
