PhD in Sociology, Assistant Professor, Niftaliyev Telman Alimusa
He was born on December 20, 1961 in Shirvan village of Shamakhi region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1968-1979 he left Kalva village secondary school of Agsu region.
In 1994, he graduated from Baku Institute of Social Management and Political Science (now Academy of Public Administration).
In 1995, he worked as a senior teacher at the Baku Higher Military School (now the Higher Military School named after Heydar Aliyev).

In 2014, he defended his dissertation at the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology, specialty – 6313.01 – “Social structure, social institutions and processes.”
Since 2000 he has been a senior lecturer at the “Political Science” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics;
He has been working as an associate professor since February 2015.
He is the author of about 29 scientific articles and scientific-methodical works.
He is married and has two children.
