She was born on December 25, 1959.
In 1974 she graduated from Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages
(now Azerbaijan University of Languages).
She worked as a laboratory assistant at the Institute of Physical Education in 1980-1985.
She has been working at Azerbaijan State University of Economics since 1990.

She is currently a senior lecturer at the UNEC Department of Foreign Languages.
