She was born on September 14, 1977 in Baku.
In 1984, she went to the 1st grade of secondary school No. 247 in the Nasimi district of Baku, and in 1994 he left the 11th grade of that school.
In 1994 she entered the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Baku State University.
She graduated from the same faculty in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree. In 1998, she entered the master’s program at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the university, and in 2000, she graduated with a master’s degree and received a master’s degree. In the same year, she was admitted to graduate school at the Institute of Cybernetics and graduated in 2005.

In 2006, she defended her thesis on “Application of Gursa-Darbu systems for hierarchical problems” and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
She is the author of 10 scientific articles, 6 theses and 1 thematic plan.
She is currently working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Married and has two children.
