Those who wish to participate in the program must meet the following requirements:
- Economics and Business Administration qualification to the second year students
- The average price for a minimum of 75 (100-point evaluation system)
- excellent English comprehension, writing and speaking skills.
The students should submit to international department the following documents in English:

- Cover Letter(the candidates should introduce themselves, prove why they’re the ones who should win the scholarship. The candidates are to show their passions, interests, hobbies, list any voluntary work at the University or in a different institution, local community etc. The candidates are to describe their international experience and achievements if they have any. Also, the candidate is asked to show his/her background, explain if he/she comes from disadvantaged or vulnerable groups).
- Preliminary Learning Agreementwith initially chosen and accepted by the your university subjects that the candidate (if chosen) will study and the University of Lodz as a continuation of his/her studies at your university (the updated list can be found: http://iso.uni.lodz.pl/erasmus/programmes
- Transcript of records
- Language certificate(for BA/MA – B2 for PhD – C1) – the candidates that do not have any official language certificate such as TOEFL or IELTS can present other certificates, for instance: confirmation from the professor, university certificate or language school diploma. Please note that these candidates will be asked for a Skype interview to confirm their level of the language.
- Scanned copy of the last degree obtained– eg. high school certificate, BA diploma, or MA diploma.
- Research Plan(for PhD candidates).
- Proof of enrollmentin a programme in a home university stating the start date of studies and foreseen end date.
- Scan of a passport– page with a picture (in case somebody doesn’t have one, scanned copy of national ID).
- Other documentsconfirming the qualifications and achievements of the candidates
- Please notice that the grantees who already participated in Erasmus Mundus programme should put this information to application form. Total period of mobility for both programmes is one year (two semesters). The grantee who already participated in Erasmus Mundus for one year can’t apply for Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Programme.
