She was born on July 25, 1964 in Sharur region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
In 1981 she finished the 10 th form of Ganja secondary school № 6 and in the same year entered the faculty of Technology of light industry goods Azerbaijan Institute of Technology.
In 1986 she graduated from this institute, worked as a technician, secretary of comsomol in Baku sewing factory.
In 1997, she began her career as a lecturer at Baku State Commodity Research and Commercial Institute.
Since 2000 she has been working as a senior lecturer at the department of “ Design” of UNEC.
Married and has two children.
