Senior/ lecturer Quliyev Ibrahim Qadim
He was born on July 1, 1967 in Chatag village of Tovuz region.
In 1992 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 1992-1993, he worked as chief economist at the Institute for Scientific and Economic Research of the State Planning Committee.
In January 1994 he worked at the department of “Price” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Currently he is a senior lecturer in the department of “Economics and Management of the Social Sphere”.
He is the author of numerous scientific and methodical works. He is one of the authors of the textbook “Price formation”, “World market prices” (in Azeri and Russian). He has been involved in the development of more than 40 subject programs and guidelines. He is the author of scientific articles and theses on price formation and actual problems of pricing in the volume of 8.0 .p.

In December 2016, he was announced thanks to his efficient scientific- pedagogical and labor activities by UNEC.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers and a Deputy Chairman.
He is married and has two children.
