Cand. of H., Assist. Prof. Alaskerzade Alifarman Saftar
Alaskerzade Alifarman Saftar oghlu was born on October 20 1951 in Darband, Russian Federation.
He entered the School of History of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute in 1968 and graduated from 1972.
He has been serving at Azerbaijan State University of Economics since 1978.

He supported his Candidate’s paper in 1990; he is the author of many theses, articles for newspapers and journals.
He is the Candidate of History, Assistant Professor.
A.S.Alaskerzade is married, has got two children.
