Aliyev Elnur Siraj
Aliyev Elnur Siraj oghlu was born on March 2 1980 in Armenia.
He graduated from the Faculty International Economic Relations of Azerbaijan State University of Economics with the bachelor degree and got honorary diploma in 2001.

In 2003 he got the Master’s Degree on Marketing of Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Since 2003 he is a teacher of the Chair “Marketing”.
