The IV International Conference entitled “Digital Economy: Modern Challenges and Real Opportunities” will be held
On 23-24 April 2026, the IV International Conference “Digital Economy: Modern Challenges and Real Opportunities” will be held, hosted and primarily organized by the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), with the official support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, and co-organized by 4SİM, the International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB), and the “Belt and Road” Science and Technology Alliance.

Submission of abstracts and papers:
Authors wishing to participate in the DEMCRO 2026 conference may submit one-page abstracts prepared in Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, and Russian in accordance with the relevant template to the following e-mail address: [email protected].
Submission of full papers and tracking of their status will be carried out via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) platform.
Important dates:
- Deadline for abstract submission: 10 February 2026
- Deadline for full paper submission: 20 February 2026
- Notification of acceptance: 27 February 2026
Publication opportunities:
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts and made available electronically on the official conference website. Selected papers with a full text of 6-8 pages will be published by Springer in the format of Conference Proceedings. In addition, papers selected by the Scientific Committee may be invited for publication in the UNEC Journal of Computer Science and Digital Technologies (JCSDT).
