Ph.D in Philosophy., Assistant Professor, Piriyeva Gunay Rza
She was born on October 6, 1975 in Baku.
In 1997, she graduated with honors from the Baku Institute of Social Management and Political Science (now Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan), Faculty of Sociology and Social Management, majoring in Sociology.
In 2005 she was admitted to the post-graduate course of the department of “Philosophical problems of globalization and information society” of ANAS.
In 2011 she defended her dissertation at the Dissertation Council D.01.115 under the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of ANAS, and in 2013 she received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy by the decision of the HAC under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1996, she was hired as a full-time laboratory assistant at the department of Political Science, Sociology and Law of Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics.

In 2001-2006 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the department of Political Science and Sociology.
Since 2006 she has been working as a teacher at the department of Political Science and Sociology.
She is currently an associate professor at the UNEC Department of Humanities.
She is the author of about 30 scientific-methodical works.
She is married and has two children.
