She was born on April 11, 1981 in the city of Baku.
She graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2001 with honors.
From 2001-to 2003 she has been a master of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2011 she defended her thesis. She is a PhD in Economics.
She has been working at Azerbaijan State University of Economics since 2004.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Economic Regulation.
She is the author of more than 19 scientific works on various problems of macroeconomics.
