PhD in Mathematics, Rzayeva Ulviyya Shakhin
She was born on November 13, 1973 in Baku.
In 1995 she graduated from Baku State University, Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics with a degree in Mathematics-Programmer, Mathematics Teacher.
She has worked as a laboratory assistant at the department of “Economic Information Systems and Technologies” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics since 2007 and since 2008 she has worked as a senior laboratory assistant.
In the 2009-2013 academic years, she has carried out hourly-graph lessons.
In 2008 she entered the post-graduate department of the Institute of Cybernetics of ANAS.

In 2013, she defended her dissertation and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematical Sciences.
Since the 2013 academic year, she has been working as a teacher at the department of “Information Economics and Technology”.
She is the author of 30 scientific and methodical works.
She is married and has two children.
