Cand.of Tech.Scien., Assoc.Prof., Asgarov Hamdulla Abil
He was born on May 7, 1955 in Devechi district.
In 1972, he was admitted to Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics), specializing in the organization of mechanical processing of economic data.
He graduated from the same institute in 1977 with honors.
In 1981-1984 he studied at a special graduate school in Russia.
He completed his postgraduate studies with a dissertation defense (Candidate of Technical Sciences)
He was sent to Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy.
He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Digital Economy and ICT at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He is the author of about 35 scientific and educational methodical works.
He is married and has two children.
