UNEC’s Presentation at the Prestigious University of the USA

On August 21 Vice- rector of UNEC for International Affairs and Programs the Associate Professor Shahin Bayramov gave a presentation on “Humphrey Program: Reasons and Expectations” at Pennsylvania State University of the USA. He gave detailed information about UNEC; spoke about the international relations of the University and the expectations for the development of the human resources capacity from the Humphrey Program.
The participants’ questions on Azerbaijan, its history, higher educational system and the national economy were responded in the end.
