Cand.of E., St. Agharzayev Azer Huseyn oghlu
He was born on June 29 in 1966 in Mahmud village of Sharur region of Nakhchivan AR.
He graduated from the School of Auto Transport of the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute in 1991. He served at the Azerbaijan State Property Committee until 2001.
He defended his Candidate’s paper on “Economic Problems of the Privatization Development of Industrial Enterprises in 2006.
Currently, he is a lecturer at the Department of Business Administration.
A. Agharzayev has been serving at the Department of “Business Administration of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics since 2006 to present and the author of about 17 scientific works.
He is married, has got 3 children.
