She was born on November 4, 1967 in Baku.
In 1988, she graduated from the Baku branch of Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute (present-day Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
At present she is a senior lecturer at the department of “Management” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2003, she defended her PhD thesis at the Economic Institute of ANAS in Baku and received a Ph.D. in economics sciences.

She is the author of more than 28 scientific articles and theses, as well as monographs.
In December 2016, she was awarded a message of thanks for her effective scientific- pedagogical and labor activity at UNEC.
She worked as a senior lecturer at the department of “Management” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Since September, 2017 she has been the senior lecturer of “Economics” chair of Russian School of Economics.
