Candidate in Economics, Associate Professor Mikayilzade Gulnara Shukur
She was born on May 19, 1955 in Baku.
In 1976 she graduated with honors from Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D.Bunyadzadeh (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
In 1976-1980 she worked at the Scientific-Research Institute of Economics.
In 1980-1983 she was a post-graduate student of Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy.
In 1984 she defended her dissertation on “Economic relations of Azerbaijan” and was awarded the scientific degree of the candidate of economic sciences. Since 1986 she has been working at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Until 2017, she worked as an associate professor of the department of “Economics Regulation” .
Since 2017 she has been the assistant professor of the department of “Economics” (in Russian).
She is the author of 38 scientific works related to various problems of macroeconomics (articles, textbooks, programs and methodical aids).
She is married and has 3 children.
