Candidate of Tech.Scien., Associate Professor Shabanov Sardar Ahmadiyya
He was born on December 22, 1957 .
In 1972-1974 he studied and graduated from the Republican Lyceum №1 with a Physical and Mathematical bias.
He graduated from the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of Azerbaijan State University (now Baku State University) in 1974-1979 and was sent to the Cybernetics Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan with appointment.
In 1983-1988 he passed an internship at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, where he studied for 2 years and then did his postgraduate studies.
In 1996 he defended his thesis at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan and received a PhD in Technical Sciences.
Since 1995 he has been working at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
His 5 scientific works are indexed in Scopus , 5 of them on Web of Science, 30 on Scholar Google. In the 1995-2023 academic years he taught “Mathematical programming”, “Economic-mathematical methods”, “Econometrics”, “Linear algebra, and mathematical analysis” in the “Economic cybernetics and economic-mathematical methods”, “Econometrics”, “Statistics and econometrics” and “Mathematics and statistics” departments of the university. In the 2018-2023 academic year, he was a PhD student in the Doctor of Sciences program of UNEC SRIES.
He has been working part-time since 2005 at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences as a senior Research Fellow. He was the chief executive of the “Information system for evaluating the results of scientific research” implemented there.
He is a senior researcher at the Institute for Economic Research of UNEC.
