She was born on March 31, 1957 in Baku.
In 1974-1978 she studied at Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
In 1978-1984 she worked as an economist in “Moscow” department store, in 1984-1986 as a senior specialist in the Ministry of Trade.
From 1986 to 2006 she worked as deputy general director of the Central Department Store.
In 1990 she defended her dissertation on economics.
Starting her pedagogical activity in 2001, she worked as a senior teacher at the “Trade” department.

At present, she is an associate professor of the department of “Organization of trade and customs”.
She is the author of 10 scientific articles, co-author of the textbook “Fundamentals of Commercial Activity”, a translation book.
