She was born on March 6, 1975 in Baku.
In 1980-1990 she studied at the secondary school No. 132 in Baku.
In 1990-1996 she studied at the faculty of “Automation and Computer Engineering” of Azerbaijan Technical University.
From 2007 to 2014 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the faculty of “Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics” of BSU.
Since 2014, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the “Informatics” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
She is married and has two children.

In 2012, at the meeting of the Dissertation Council FD.02.016 at BSU, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy on “Analysis and modeling of the impact of foreign investment on the socio-economic development of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”
2013, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by the decision of the HAC dated July 19, 2013 (minutes № 21-k).
LABOR ACTIVITY
In 2007 she became a senior laboratory assistant at the department of “Information Technologies and Programming” of BSU.
2008-2014, department of Economic Cybernetics, BSU, Senior Laboratory Assistant.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the department of “Digital Economics and ICT” at the University of Economics.
