The head of UNEC Psychological Service Center held meetings with students regarding pre-exam stress

Shafahat Abdullayeva, head of the Psychological Service Center, held meetings with students of UNEC and College of Finance and Economics.
In meetings dedicated to pre-exam stress and ways to eliminate it, Sh.Abdullayeva informed students about exam anxiety, signs of stress, and a way out of this situation. He advised that anxiety and stress do not allow students to fully realize their intelligence and knowledge during the exam, and that they should be confident in order to achieve good results in the exam.
During the meetings, Sh.Abdulayeva pointed out that the Psychological Service Center operates at UNEC, and emphasized that any student can easily apply to that center.
