UNEC was represented in the Forum of National Human Resources
Director of the Center for Assessment and Management of the Quality of Education of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), PhD in Economy Ragif Gasimov participated in the Forum of the National Human Resources (FNHR 2015).
Being one 14 speakers invited to the forum attended by about 250 businessmen from 120 companies R.Gasimov made a speech on job analysis in human resources management. In addition, topics of Human Resources in media and journalism, acceleration and facilitation of new employees’ adaptation to work environment, G 25 model on work organization – steps from business strategy, the role of e- recruitment were discussed within the forum.
The purpose of the forum is to share relevant experience in the field of Human Resource Management and the discussion of professional knowledge. Issues such as the requirements of the business community from the universities, increasing the efficiency of the students’ production experience, the role of educational bodies in the direction of instilling the qualifications required by the new business environment to people of the socialist system were discussed beside the topics related with Human Resource Management.
A the end of the forum, co-founder Murad Melikov spoke about the importance of organizing the forum each year and coming together for the kind of events.
