Professor of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) attended III Moscow International Congress. The Congress held in Moscow was organized by the New Institute of Industrial Development named after S.Y.Vitt, Institute of Economy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian Society of Independent Economists, Moscow Financial and Legal University and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
Head of UNEC Department of “Economic Theory”, Professor Alijan Babayev made a report within the Congress held on “Production, Science and Education in Russia: New Challenges”. Alijan Babayev’s speech on “Interaction of Material Production and Social Sphere in the Complex of Single National Recycle Process” was made in III plenary conference on “Renascence of Production, Science and Education: Economic and Theoretical Issues”.
Well-known scholars of Russia and the world, representatives of the real sector of economy, as well as more than 400 delegation represented by the scientists and experts from Great Britain, France, US, China, Kazakhstan, Italy and Azerbaijan attended the International Congress.
