Ranking list in the Differential Salary System applied at UNEC for 2016/2017 academic year has been determined.

Ranking List is defined on the basis of more than 100 indicators performed by the scientific-pedagogical staff in the Differential Salary System. The main aim in applying the innovation is assessment of the teachers’ performances on the basis of the objective criteria, differentiating their salaries and to improve the stimulation of their scientific and pedagogical activities in the direction of UNEC’s development targets.
