A volleyball team consisting of UNEC’s girl students has competed in the tournament held among the students of the higher education institutions that is organized by the Republican Board of the Student Sports Society “Genjlik” (Youth).
UNEC’s volleyball team struggled with the teams of Azerbaijan University of Oil and Industry and the National Aviation Academy within the competition held on March 13. UNEC’s team won the both universities’ teams in 2:0 in the tense game.
II course student of UNEC Faculty of Technology and Design Vusal Huseynov got III place in the competition of Greco-Roman type of wrestling.
