An event called “Fight against human trafficking” was held at TUDIFAK
An event called “Combating Human Trafficking” was held at UNEC’s Turkish World Economics Faculty. The event was attended by the deputy dean of the faculty, Javahirkhanim Mammadova, head teacher of the Department of Economics and Management, Nariman Khanahmadov, and students.
First of all, Deputy Dean Javahirkhanim Mammadova spoke about the importance and importance of conducting educational activities in order to fight against human trafficking, which is a universal problem. At the event, it was noted that great achievements have been made in the field of combating human trafficking in Azerbaijan, the strengthening of anti-trafficking measures in our republic in recent years, the existence of an excellent legislative framework and education system in this field in our country were discussed. It was also brought to attention that very serious steps were taken in the field of combating human trafficking, identifying human trafficking potentials, educating them, and integrating them into society within the framework of the national action plans implemented in our republic for the years 2008-2009, 2009-2014.
Nariman Khanahmadov, head teacher of the Department of Economics and Management, during the event, highlighted the role of international and local non-governmental organizations, the partnership of the press in the correct communication of the successes achieved in the fight against human trafficking to the society, and the role of the media in carrying out educational work, the protection of human rights, the family institution and its proper formation in every state. he especially emphasized that it is an important issue.
