In accordance with the requirements of the European Higher Education Space, reorganization and the development of doctoral studies in Azerbaijan – the next working meeting was held  within the framework of “NİZAMİ” Erasmus+ program at Masaryk University of Czeck Republic.

Along with partners from Europe, the representatives of the Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC), as well as, the representatives of other higher educational insitutions of the country participated in the meeting.

At the training, the associated professor Hamid Hamidov, the head of the Doctoral Studies Department at UNEC, the leader of the 4-th Work Package, and the specialist of the International Relations Department Afet Alalkbarova presented the recommendations withtin the famework of the project for the development of the preofessional skils and development of doctoral students.

At the same time, in the result of the joint activities of European and Azerbaijani higher educational institions within the framework of the project  and the support of the Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic with the aim of improving the doctoral education were envisaged the introduction of new approaches to doctoral education beginning with the new academic year, as well as signing the learning agreement between the young researchers and professors, supervisors that would direct them.
