She was born on February 3, 1957, in Baku.
In 1974, she graduated from secondary school No. 189, and in the same year, she entered the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Azerbaijan State University (now Baku State University), where he graduated in 1979.
After graduating from the university, she worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Academy of Sciences.
In 1983, she began working at the Department of Mathematics at the Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade (now the Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
