The faculties’ rating for May 1 in the Differential Salary System based on the performances of the academic staff of Azerbaijan State University of Economics has been revealed. Rating was defined in accordance with the teachers’ scores in the system.
The application of the Differential Salary System is targeted in directing the academic staff members’ scientific activities towards UNEC’s goals. In this regard, the system serves to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching, scientific and administrative activities by expanding the outcome, expanding teaching personnel’s individual and group efficiency, establishing a healthy competitive environment and grounding the level of satisfaction of their workplaces.
