Cand. of Phys. and Mathem. Scien., Assoc. Prof., Aslanov Khalig Mahar
He was born on March 4, 1972, in Tovuz region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1994 he graduated with honours from the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Baku State University and in the same year he entered post-graduate school.
In 1997, he defended his thesis and received the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
In 1995-1998 he worked as a teacher at the Baku Higher Military School, in 1998-1999 he worked as a researcher at the Institute of Cybernetics of ANAS.
In 1999-2001 he worked as a lecturer at the Azerbaijan Technical University.
He has been working at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics since 2001.

By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 2005, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor of Mathematics.
He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
He is the author of 25 scientific articles and 3 methodical instructions.
Married and has two children.
