She was born on April 30, 1960 in II Nugadi village of Guba region.
She successfully graduated from Nugadi village Secondary School No. 2.
In 1978 she entered the full-time department of the faculty of History of Azerbaijan State University (now Baku State University).
After successfully graduating from the university in 1982, she was appointed as teacher at Guba Secondary School No. 2.
In 1985, she was appointed as a lecturer at the “Political History” department of the Guba branch of Azerbaijan State University of Arts.

Since 1985, she has worked as a teacher at the “Political History” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2000, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the “Philosophy” department of the University of Economics.
She is a Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy. Up to 20 scientific articles, methodical aids, programs, etc. scientific works have been published by her.
