Curricula of the Disciplines “Geo- economics” and “Modern Problems of the World Economy” are discussed
The discussion of the curricula on the disciplines “Geo- economics” and “Modern Problems of the World Economy” have been made at the Department of International Economics of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) on April 29.
Head of the Department, Professor Irshad Kerimli said that the program on these disciplines was developed for the first time in our republic. He emphasized the importance of monitoring the undergraduate and graduate students to acquire in-depth knowledge on current situation of geo- economic and global processes happened in the world and in general about changing world.
During the discussions these programs were mentioned to be beneficial in providing the undergraduate and graduate students with the background on modern problems of geo- economics.
Taking into account recommendations the programs were decided to be sent to the next stage for the signature stamp.
