She was born on August 23, 1974 in Sumqait.
She entered Sumqayit secondary school № 28 in 1981, and in 1991 graduated from Sumqayit secondary school № 33.
In 1991 she entered the Baku branch of the Leningrad Financial and Economics Institute named after N. Voznesensky (present Azerbaijan State University of Economics) and graduated in 1996 from the major of “Management” of the faculty of Economics and Management.
In 2009 she started her career as a senior laboratory assistant at the department of “Economic Information Systems and Technologies” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2010 she worked in the department of “Information Economics and Technology” with the hourly workload. She has worked as a teacher with a labor contract for some time and has been a full-time teacher of the department since 2016. Since 2012 she has been a student for a degree of UNEC.

Since January 21, 2019 she has been working as the director of the section of Coordination and Organization of Research Centers of the department of Organization and Management of Scientific Activity.
She is the head of the student scientific circle “Digital Economist”.
She has published 10 articles and 11 theses in Azerbaijan and abroad.
She is the co-author of 1 methodical manual and 3 subject programs.
She is married and has two sons.
