Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Aliyeva Leyla Zakir
She was born on February 28, 1971, in the city of Baku.
In 1988, she left school No. 54 in Baku with a silver medal.
He graduated with honours from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy in 1994.
In 1994 she was a post-graduate student of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, in 2003 she defended her thesis. She is a candidate of economic sciences.

Since 1992, she has worked as a laboratory assistant at the “Economic Theory-2” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, since 2001 as a teacher, since 2005 as a senior lecturer.
She is currently an associate professor at the department of Theoretical and Practical Economics.
She is the author of 1 program, 20 scientific articles and theses. She participated in international conferences and published articles in the materials of those conferences. Participated in the translation of G. Menkyun’s textbook “Economics”.
Married and has two children.
