Can.in Econ.,Assoc.Prof. Huseynli Ilham Qasham
He was born in 1965.
In 1983 he finished the boarding-school of Baku city on bias of physics -maths with honors and entered Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.
In 1990 he graduated from the same university with honors in “Economics and Organization of Construction” and continued his scientific and pedagogical activity as a young specialist by the Ministry of Education.
In 2005 defending his candidate thesis on “Statistical research of investment on small and medium-sized businesses in “Accounting and Statistics” he was awarded the title of candidate in economic sciences.
In 2009 he was a graduate of exchange program “Creation, Support and Management of Economic Research Centers” Washington, DC.
He is the author of dozens of works and monograph on statistical analysis of the current state of small business in the Republic, the problems of small and medium-sized businesses, the role of investments in their development, the statistical evaluation of small businesses and the financial stability of market entities.
He has participated and made reports in various international conferences and seminars and in the US, Canada, France, Australia, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Senegal and dozens of other countries.
He is an Associate Professor of the Department of Statistics and Economics at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
