She was born in 1980 in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1997, she left secondary school No. 20 named after A. Huseynzadeh of Yasamal district.
In 1997 she entered the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, majoring in Economic Theory.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2001, she entered the master’s program in 2001-2003.
In 2004 she became a candidate for a degree.
In 2010 she defended her PhD thesis in Economics on “Macroeconomic problems of sustainable development.”

She has worked at the department of “Economic Theory-2” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics since 2003.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the department of Theoretical and Practical Economics.
Married and has two children.
