She was born in 1979 in Baku.
In 1996 she entered the faculty of Accounting -Economics of Azerbaijan State University of Economics;
In 2000, she graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in “Accounting and Auditing”.
In the same year she entered the master’s degree of the faculty of Accounting – Economics of Azerbaijan State University of Economics;
She graduated with honors in 2002 with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
In 2003, she was appointed a student for a degree of the department of “Accounting” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2011 she defended her thesis entitled “Improvement of accounting for private capital” and in the same year, she received PhD in Economics.

Since 2003, she has been working as a lecturer at the “Accounting” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics and is currently working as a senior lecturer.
She is the author of 32 articles, 30 theses, 2 monographs and 2 methodical aids published in the country and abroad.
At present, she is working on “Problems of investment management in agrarian processing enterprises” at the doctoral level of the Institute of Economics of ANAS.
