In 1981-1991 he studied at the secondary school No. 29 in the city of Ganja.
In 1991-1996 he studied at the Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy.
In 1996-1999 he studied at the graduate school of the Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy.
In 2007 he defended his thesis and was awarded the title of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 1999-2010 he worked as a researcher at the Azerbaijan Scientific Research Agricultural Institute.
In 2010-2011, he worked as a lecturer at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, and since 2011 as a senior lecturer.
He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Theoretical and Practical Economics of UNEC.
He has 12 scientific articles.
Married and has two daughters.
