Uzbekistan University Faculty Member Engages in Exchange at UNEC under the Orhun Program
A faculty member from Uzbekistan’s Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, Ms. Nilufar Rahimova, visited the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) within the framework of the Orhun Exchange Program.
During her visit, Ms. Rahimova met with Ms. Afat Alekbarova, Director of UNEC’s International Cooperation Department, and Ms. Jale Heydarova, Coordinator of the Orhun Program, to discuss avenues for collaboration and to gain insight into the activities of other UNEC departments.
Ms. Rahimova also conducted a lecture for students at UNEC’s Russian School of Economics, sharing her expertise with the academic community.
At the conclusion of the exchange, Ms. Rahimova was presented with a certificate acknowledging her participation in the program.
It should be noted that the Orhun Exchange Program, initiated by the Union of Turkic Universities under the Organization of Turkic States, is designed to foster faculty and student exchanges among member universities. This initiative seeks to enhance integration and cooperation among higher education institutions across the Turkic world, promoting mutual academic and cultural development.
