Candidate of Pedagogical sciences, Associate Professor Ismayilova Konul Fehruz
She was born on August 25, 1971 in the city of Baku.
She graduated from school in 1988, and in the same year entered Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Russian and Literature named after M.F.Akhundov (now Baku Slavic University).
By appointment, she worked as a teacher at secondary school No. 2 in Khirdalan settlement of Absheron region.
In 1995, she has been a candidate for a degree of Azerbaijan Institute of Educational Problems.
Since 2000, she has been working as a lecturer at the “Russian language” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
She defended her dissertation thesis on “Theory and methodology of teaching and education (methodology of teaching literature) 13.00.02, titled “Ways of teaching examples of Azerbaijani oral folklore in Russian-language schools. ” on December 18, 2007 at Azerbaijan Institute of Educational Problems.
On February 4, 2009 she was awarded the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

On February 1, 2013, she was appointed a head lecturer and became an associate professor of “The Russian language” department of UNEC.
She is currently an employee of UNEC Translation Center.
She is the author of about 40 scientific works (15 articles, 2 methodical aids, 3 textbooks, 20 theses).
In 2020, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), she was awarded an Honorary Decree for her services to the development of education in Azerbaijan and for her fruitful activities.
